Delete selected Kashe Languages data

You can remove selected information without deleting your Kashe Languages account.

Request deletion of specific data

Email kash@thekashe.world from the email address registered to your Kashe Languages account.
Use the subject Kashe Languages selected data deletion request.
State which data you want removed, such as notebook data, notification history and preferences, device push subscriptions, avatar settings, a legacy private portrait record or other specified account information.
Do not include your password, payment details or sensitive identity documents.

Email a deletion request

We may ask you to verify control of the registered email account. A valid request is normally completed within 30 days.

Delete data directly in Kashe Languages

Delete a community milestone

Sign in and open World.
Open Community.
Find your milestone and tap Delete.
Confirm deletion.

Reset learning progress

Sign in and open Me.
Open Settings.
Choose Reset learning progress and confirm.

Resetting progress removes lesson progress, scores, streaks, adaptive-review scheduling and saved coach history covered by that control. It keeps the account, purchased items and Point wallet.

What is deleted

Only the data selected in the in-app control or identified in a verified support request is removed from the live Kashe Languages service. Depending on the request, this can include community posts, learning progress, notebook content, notification history and preferences, device push subscriptions, avatar settings, wardrobe data or a legacy private portrait record.

What is kept

Your Kashe Languages account, email association, password hash, verification status, active sessions and all data not included in the request remain active. Purchase records, subscription entitlements, Points and purchased items remain unless the request specifically covers data that Kashe Languages is legally allowed to remove. Google Play manages payment details and subscription cancellation separately.

Limited community reports, moderation decisions, security logs, fraud-prevention records, disputes and transaction or accounting records may be retained where needed for user safety or a legal obligation.

Retention after deletion

Selected data is removed from the live service when the request is completed. An encrypted historical copy may remain in access-restricted rotating backups for up to 30 days, after which it expires automatically. Retained safety or legally required records are restricted and are not used to recreate deleted learning or profile data.
